I took my car in for its first service. As soon as I drove it off the lot the service tire system. We then had to take the car back in which he said would take 5 minutes. Then we got there As soon as I drove it off the lot the service tire system. We then had to take the car back in which he said would take 5 minutes. Then we got there and he said he forgot that's not how my car works and he needs to keep it for over an hour or order a part that it needs. He also implied it was my fault that the tire was faulty and that it had nothing to do with the service as though it is a coincidence that the tire has an issue for the first time the day it goes to the dealership. Additionally, even if the tire has been like that the car was purchased there less than 6 months ago so it was sold faulty. Since my boyfriend learned his car was also sold faulty from that dealership and had to be in a loaner for a few weeks recently this dealership has proven their incompetence. More

Sean Eddleman was the absolute best to work with. Notified me by text with estimate of repairs- that was pretty cool. Updated quote when I added additional work, easy process.
