I found a great 2007 BMW 3X so I sent an email and called and spoke to a sales representative. I went down for a test drive and fell in love with the car, so I bought it. I now have two great cars to choose from, one a Mercedes I purchased in February, from a Mercedes dealership and now this great BMW SUV. I leased a Buick Regal CXL Turbo. The entire Hardin sales staff was SUPER! They even got me a lower payment than I was originally quoted. I have never, ever, had that happen at a car dealership. The shortest time I ever spent buying a car. These guys are super efficient. While I was waiting to go into finance, they were showing me all the neat features of my new Regal, and even setup the bluetooth for my cell phone. They really cared about me knowing how to use everything. They made me feel very special. If would recommend Hardin to everyone. I received written quotes via e-mail for both my trade in and the cost of the new truck. Salesman tells me trade-in quote he gave me is worst case scenario. After the car is evaluated, my trade in value drop and the cost of the new truck. Salesman tells me trade-in quote he gave me is worst case scenario. After the car is evaluated, my trade in value drops $1000.00. We then play the "let me see what my manager can do" game for 30 minutes before I finally give in to their demands. We then go into the office to finish the paperwork as I am already pre-approved with their financing company. Written quote stated 0% financing for 72 months and $2,005.00 rebate for a high FICO score. After filling out paperwork and now being at the dealership for over two hours, suddenly the rebate can't be used because it's in conjunction with the 0% financing. Geez this is why I got all of the numbers IN WRITING before entering the dealership. Hardin GMC still didn't honor their written quote so I walked out. This is why everyone thinks car dealers are unethical. They are! This is the only business I have every come across that can put things in writing and not honor them. Shame on you Hardin GMC More

From the first phone call to the final pickup or my new Regal, everyone just made me feel like I have been dealing with this Dealer for years. I did not feel like a stranger. Hardin GMC is one of the worst dealerships out there, even in this tough market they are providing very poor service. They are unprofessional and don't care about the customers. They mess up on the con even in this tough market they are providing very poor service. They are unprofessional and don't care about the customers. They mess up on the contracts, almost on all of them and they are having customers constantly re sign a contract that they already had to sit 4 or more hours to sign. This is poor service. And when you call in to speak to a sales representative they hang up on you, pass you around like a hot potato and don't take care of you. I will never return to this dealership and will not recomend anyone who values their time and hard money to visit this dealership. In reading the reviews I see that most everyone that has visited this dealership feels the same way. This dealership either needs a new set of employees who care about the integrity of the dealership or just close down all together. Unless you like to sit on hold, get hung up on ... get the run around and be treated poorly I would not recomend this place. We work to hard for our money to hand it over to a place with employees who do not deserve it. Take the time you would spend beign taken advantage of and look for another GMC dealership. More
