Service is Terrible!! Bought a brand new 2019 Canyon on Sunday. Called Hawarden service Department they have a brand new bed liner put in it yesterday. Was called to come and pick the car up in the bedliner look like it was used. it was filled with dirt it was warped and when I questioned it I was told that they the parts department does not have enough room to store the bed liners so they store them outside against the fence and they get dirty. The warping they said would settle with the sun and they offered to pressure wash it it looks ridiculous !!!! I’m not sure who thought it was a good idea to sell new parts in that condition More

Service writers are great as well as the mechanics. I live about 4 blocks from another dealership. I will not take my GM vehicles there. This does not happen at Hardin where my issues are investigated and fixed. More

Very helpful, friendly, and fast service I initially called and spoke to Walt over the phone. He was very helpful and scheduled my appointment to drop my car off that same day. Early the next day, Sean was able to inform me of all the necessary repairs, which included replacing my radio controls. I was then informed that it would take 3-5 days for them to get the necessary parts, but they were able to expedite it at no extra charge, and my car was ready the next day! They kept me informed through the entire process via text message. The whole process was quick and easy thanks to their hard work. More
