Jeff Carey, my service advisor, patiently listened to me describe the problem, translated it into something the technician could make sense of, and explained to me why and what might be wrong. As their tech diligently worked on fixing the problem, Jeff kept me appraised of the status of my vehicle. They even asked if they could keep the truck over night so they could check it from a “cold start” in the morning just to be sure everything was right. Thorough, friendly, and customer oriented. Past experience with Hardin’s service department was among the reasons I bought another GMC pickup from this dealership, and they didn’t disappoint. More

Super Pros! Very efficient. Made an online reservation for a service check-up. Pulled up to the service center and handed over my car in a matter of minutes. Very efficient.
