I brought my Ford Ranger in for service due to loud rotational noise that seemed to be coming from the right front. They were able to check the vehicle that evening and fit it in for an appointment the rotational noise that seemed to be coming from the right front. They were able to check the vehicle that evening and fit it in for an appointment the next day. Although they were not able to find the source of the noise because it had at that point subsided, the did recommend that I have two other repairs which I was aware needed to be done. the vehicle was ready for pickup next day. when I walked into the service office it was very clean and orderly, I was greeted warmly by both Dee and Karen. Karen was professional and courteous. a 2006 dodge truck was sold to me with 2 different size tires on it, one of the correct size (275-60r20)being on the driver side front, and 3 of the wrong size(275-55r20) pass. front and both rear. This vehicle is a 4x4 and having 2 different size tires has damaged the front differential,u joints, and axles. when brought to the dealerships attention, their answer to me was," thats the way the vehicle came to us and we are only obligated take the one correct tire off and replace it with the 4th wrong size, at least you will have 4 of the same size". I told them the size tire they want to put on the vehicle(275-55 r20) was smaller than the size dodge recommends (275-60r20). because the rim is 20" dodge only has one size they recommend for the truck. Putting the smaller size tires on the vehicle would change the odometer, speedodomiter, get less gas mileage and make the engine work harder.as i told them when i bought the truck i am self employed and carry a lot of tools and drive a lot of miles. putting the smaller tires on is not a good option for me. I had to go buy the correct size tires and have them put on the truck so i could get back to work i already missed three days of work arguing with them. after several calls they finally agreed to give me half the money back for the tires i bought. this mistake on their part cost me $450.00 and three days work. they also agreed to fix the damaged front end. after waiting three weeks for parts i finally had to go to ther dealership again to get this issue resolved. they wanted to repair the vehicle under the extra warrenty i purchased from them when i bought the vehicle. so they were to put a used differential in and replace the axels, however they told me because the truck has a plow the warrenty company would not cover this damage or anything going forward, they sold me the truck with the plow on it and now they say i have no warranty. at this point they still haven't fixed the truck and i have no idea what is up with the warranty. this is going into the 4th week of waiting for the truck to be repaired and i am very unhappy with the whole experience with this dealership. Dealer was able to service car on the next day after the break down, great turn around, Karen was friendly and up front about everything involving the service of my car. Dave, who I did not meet in person but saw his name on my service slip, did a perfect job on the repair. Brakes are better than ever and the car was returned to me just as clean as when i left it, even had the courtesy paper floor mat. I will definitely come back here for service! And will make this my first stop to check out the next time I am in the market for our next vehicle! More
Very friendly & accomodating. Place was clean & inviting. They where quick to z=accomodate me & my 2 1/2 year old in the waiting room by putting on Nemo in the flat screen & getting him a balloon. inviting. I have had 4 service visits with Habro in the past 6 months. I am new to the area and needed to find a reliable service center. So far I have had front and rear brake replacements, 4 tires replaced and an oil change. In each case Harbro was able to schedule me quickly, had the parts ready to install and did the job right. Everyone has been polite and any calls or emails with questions have been responded to promptly. I see no reason to look elsewhere for any car service on both my vehicles now. I would highly recommend Harbro for general automotive repairs. More
My experiance With Harbro service has been less than pleasent. The last few times the Park ave was in for service their were delays in ordering parts and getting it fixed. After having trouble with my 4-wheeler. I went to Harbro and they figured out the problem with and and fixed it. I would recommend them to anyone that had car problems or 4-wheeler problems. My husband and I were impressed with the speed in which our daughter's car was repaired. We are always greeted in a friendly way when we bring all our cars in for service.
