My girlfriend and I were put in a very tight spot when her car finally broke down and it was simply too costly to repair. She had a very limited budget (I stress the word limited) We tried going to the her car finally broke down and it was simply too costly to repair. She had a very limited budget (I stress the word limited) We tried going to the Big Dealerships located on the "Auto Mile" and were treated like a lost cause, no one would even attempt to help us get a used vehicle within her budget. It honestly seemed like all hope was lost. Finally we decided to stop in to HARBRO being as it was very local to us. From the moment we stepped on to the lot it was like night and day. We were greeted and immediately helped by Chris Sargent who listened to our story and actually cared about us and our situation. (I like to consider myself a wise man and can spot true sincerity when I see it.) He promised us he would do all he could to get us into a vehicle within our budget, and he did just that. He presented us with options and even worked with our limited credit to bring the monthly price to just where we wanted it. They even gave us an amazing trade in value for her broken down vehicle, towing it from the garage to their lot free of charge. That right there saved us much needed money to finalize the deal. If that wasn't enough they even gave us a rental vehicle free of charge for two days while we finalized some title issues for the trade in. The whole team really went above and beyond to make us feel like part of the family. I want to thank all of them for everything they did to make this difficult process go as smoothly as possible. I do not think we could have walked away with a better deal anywhere else. I highly recommend the team at HARBRO Sales and Service to anyone looking to get the best deal possible, and who want to be treated with respect and walk away feeling like they are now a part of the HARBRO Family. I am new to the area and needed my brakes done. I decided to stop at Harbro because it was very close and I had heard amazing thing about them. I walked in and they took my car right away, I expected to at l to stop at Harbro because it was very close and I had heard amazing thing about them. I walked in and they took my car right away, I expected to at least have to leave it overnight. In under in hour they had both my brakes done for less than what they said one would cost. Their ENTIRE staff was warm and friendly from their service technicians to the sales staff, even though I was not and had not purchased my car there. I don't think I will have my car serviced any ware else again. I would recommend Harbro to everyone! More

In the past, purchasing cars from other dealerships, I have always had a problem when it came to service. I had a problem with my warranty, or hidden costs, and even the dealership following through with have always had a problem when it came to service. After paying high prices for a vehicle you expect a little special treatment when it comes to service but my experience had always been that the dealership was looking out for number one and that did not happen to be the customer. In purchasing my first car at Harbro, I was pleasantly surprised by the immediate difference. I had a great experience in dealing with Karen Fitzgerald who walked me through every step of the way. I test drove my car with Tim Burrows and we talked about things that I might like looked at. I then spoke at length with Karen to speak about any concerns and I had total confidence that every concern was a priority on her list. I never felt awkward calling Karen to ask a question about my car, she was very knowledgeable and listened patiently and addressed any concern I had ...big or small. I was never rushed off of a call,or made to feel like I was less important than anyone else buying a car at Harbro. At Harbro, Karen made me feel like a priority every time I had a concern. All of the work done on my car was seemless. I had a rental that worked for our family needs, and the work was done quickly and efficently. There is no question that Harbro is now the only place this family will buy cars in the future...the sales and service team are beyond compare!! Thank you Karen for the wonderful experience!! More
I took my van in to have the seat checked as it would not come out of the stowed position. John Grande and Dee took the time to not only fix the issue, but wrote up a full write-up for me of what they would come out of the stowed position.
