Purchased my vehicle in October. Had a few small issues that Harbro took care of for me at no charge. Offered me a loaner while my car was being serviced. Had my first oil change (which was free). I would like to commend Kent Leber on his ability to run the Service Department at Harbro. Although, the Sales Department is great it is actually Kent and the service I receive that keeps me coming back tim the Service Department at Harbro. I have been purchasing cars from Harbro for approximately 18 years (6 cars now) and the service is exemplary. Kent is the latest person I have dealt with and by far the best. He runs an efficient department, keeps appointments on time, and always recommends repairs when needed. In fact, when he left Webster to work in Whitinsville and I followed him there, which was further for me, but I trust him to get the job done right the first time. It has been my experience that Harbro only hires people with genuine qualities so the Harbro name stays true. My latest meeting with Harbro had me dealing with a young woman named Karen. She was very honest and to the point as well as friendly. What else could you ask for when dealing with financial matters in this dire times I asked many questions about how the work was to be done and how much and also changed my mind but still she kept to her guns. In the end I got the best result for me and if I could rate Harbro higher than 5 I would, but Karen would easily get a 10. More
