When I went to look for a truck, I knew that what I was looking for would be hard to find. I had a tight budget but needed a truck to both get me to and from work in every kind of weather and to pull my h looking for would be hard to find. The people at Harbro went out of their way to find me a truck that was in great shape, and respected my budget. I was never asked to go above my price limit or to agree to high monthly payments. The truck that Harbro found me needed some work done, and they combed through everything for 3 1/2 weeks to make sure that the truck I purchased would be safe and reliable. I take pride in the independence I have when it comes to pulling horses around, and it is nice to know that I will never have to worry about the truck I am traveling in. More
I was originally introduced to Harbro back in 2006 when I purchased my 2003 Honda Accord from their Webster dealership. After the intial purchase, I decided to bring this vehicle along with my mini van for preventative work and have been taking both vehicles to the Webster service center religiously. The customer service is impecable and the service mgr, Kent, explains the work done and goes out of his way to ensure that I'm not paying or have had to pay for work that's not needed. They also taught me things about my vehicle I didn't know prior. After my service, I received a few papers on general maintenance that I should have done to the vehicle at certain mileages. Great information that other companies haven't provided in the past. Now I have something to cross-reference to take care of problems before they occur. I am very satisfied with this company overall.
