We got to know Jeremy and Mike on a personal level, which made us feel comfortable, and I feel that if we return they will instantly remember us. During the deal we never felt pressured or belittled, and it was nice that not all of the talk revolved around the car and money. Over priced car, 6 months later I tried to trade it in to get a new one and was offered less than half of what I paid for it! I went in for an oil change and thoughts about buying my next car, and left with a wonderful 2011 Kia Forte. So far I have absolutely no complaints! They were honest, up-front, down-to-earth and fair in all aspects. I drove a couple of cars, and one of the service writers suggested I try the Kia, since I was looking for something with tech in it. She made an excellent recommendation, and I ended up purchasing the car. Financing and closing the deal went very well, and they were no pushy or anything. Very good! The price was slightly higher than the Kelly Blue Book value, but the car is in really excellent shape, had a lot of nice things in it (GPS, sun roof, upgraded seating, etc) and the final price was well within the realm of a good deal. Also, I want to call attention to the incredible detail work that their service department did prior to handing over the car - it looked factory-new! Truly incredible detailing work. I am completely satisfied with my experience with them, and would recommend them again. More
