Friendly staff I took my car in for the front radar that keeps going off. They looked at it and said they didn’t have the part to fix it and the part is on back orde I took my car in for the front radar that keeps going off. Amazing Experience Once I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was immediately taken in for registration. As soon as my information was registered, my car was taken i Once I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was immediately taken in for registration. As soon as my information was registered, my car was taken in for an inspection. Once the inspection was complete, I received a text message from their high tech program delivering the diagnosis. I was able to accept or decline services right from my phone. Which was very impressive. The service advisor Billy Pratt was very hepful. He took his time to explain the importance of the parts that I needed in a way that I would understand it. He was very personable and made me feel right at home. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. Complimentary drinks and snacks along with a couple of laptops for our enjoyment. I would never hesitate to call on Harbor Nissan the next time my vehicle is in need of service. I would highly recommend Harbor Nissan to anyone looking for an amazing experience.
