That is not my complaint, my car has been wired in may times and the problem has not been fixed over the last 4 times it has been there, it goes dead for no reason after the battery has been replaced no one can find the real problem. On routine oil changes I also found my tires wet not getting rotated as promised on my vehicle or my husbands new truck I purchased at harbor Nissan recently. I am truly disappointed in the service department at harbor Nissan with the exception of the service writer (Richard Bethea) I would not recommend it to anyone who needs a actual problem fixed More

Service is consistently good but check your invoice I have been taking our Murano to Harbor Nissan for service since we moved to Port Charlotte. The service has been consistently good and timely. Fast service I dropped my drop off thinking I had a big problem with rear end. It was nothing but I did need an alignment. Got oil change. Also. Longer than preferred I have been in 3 times. each time the service department has had my car until 5pm. Doug has been great through out each process. However, Service takes longer than preferred and anticipated. The first time my car was there from 11am to 5pm and this was just for a diagnosis. The other 2 visits were from 745am until approximately 5pm. The last visit, I mentioned that I had plans and could not leave the car there all day again; however, my car was there until the service department was closing. More

Dealership refused to give me the same tires for second replacement claiming the cheaper tires were rated the same Performance. How does a $94 Korean brand tire rate next to a $230 Michelin in your mind? Management was extremely rude. In the past the service has had me replace brakes before they were ready and recommended parts that were replaced already. I will not be buying a vehicle or service here in the future More
