I had a problem with my convertible top not fully going down. The service tech lied to me about not being able to put it down without a computer. The we’re going to charge me over $1600 to replace bands an down. The service tech lied to me about not being able to put it down without a computer. The we’re going to charge me over $1600 to replace bands and the top or just $700 to just replace the bands which would fix the problem. I looked it up on YouTube and fixed it myself for under $30 and 15 minutes work. I will never use this dealership again. More
Service going downhill. When I leased and eventually now purchasing my car, it was free oil changes for life. After a year they discontinued that and created the VIP program, When I leased and eventually now purchasing my car, it was free oil changes for life. After a year they discontinued that and created the VIP program, but oil change price was no different than what you could get at any other place. I bought the maintenance package which is basically prepaid oil changes and tire rotation. Now they have discontinued the Express service where you could just go in and get it done. They have no loyalty to customers who they have locked in the price. I could go to ANY Jiffy Lube and get the oil changed on MY schedule, not forced to make an appt for a basic service which is not convenient. Poor customer service. I'd never buy from them again. More

Very disappointed in Service Department Took three months for dealership to paint the roof of truck that paint was pealing.
