Just had my car serviced at Harbor Nissan and I have to commit that it was probably the best customer service I’ve had for any business in a long time. Do not go to this place for service they rip you off have a problem with my lift gate they tell me it's the battery wanted me to buy a battery at 149.99 + tax but if that don't work we will try something els a problem with my lift gate they tell me it's the battery wanted me to buy a battery at 149.99 + tax but if that don't work we will try something else for another 150 a hour well long story short took it to another shop and no low voltage codes like they said they reset the limit switch Guess what it cost me nothing for them to reset it harbor Nissan charged me $400 for A oil change and a four-wheel alignment and then the rest is for diagnostic on the liftgate which they didn't do anything so beware of harbor Nissan stay away from that's why they're only a 3.7 star More

They lied to me and said my airfilter came apart and got sucked into mass air flow. I fixed it there thinking it was due tp previous $3700 transmission issue that was "fixed". Even though I spent 900$ for the current issue, they didnt even top up my fluids. They said in diagnostic report ITEMS PASSING INSPECTION WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID but the system was bone dry, I had minimal brake fluid. transmission fluid was low too. NEVER EVER take your car here!!! More

I missed a whole days work and pay because nissan didn't properly inspect my battery. This brings the problem of if they are doing a full inspection of the truck what else are they missing. I missed out on 150 dollars for work and paid 179 for new battery!!!! And to make it worst they gave my an invoice for the wrong person and it has the individuals information, address and phone number on there! So that means somebody got my information!! This is pathetic and this was suppose to be my first impression! So I might have been charged incorrectly just like the other guy More
BUYER BEWARE - I purchased a 2019 Nissan Armada *Certified* and it was sold to me with a bad engine. Harbor Nissan has had my vehicle OVER 6 weeks and it’s still not fixed. I had a problem with my convertible top not fully going down. The service tech lied to me about not being able to put it down without a computer. The we’re going to charge me over $1600 to replace bands an down. The service tech lied to me about not being able to put it down without a computer. I looked it up on YouTube and fixed it myself for under $30 and 15 minutes work. I will never use this dealership again. More
