Shady AF. This happened to me awhile ago now but the more I think about it the more I think other potential customers should know how they do business. I went in multiple times and dealt with an older guy na I think about it the more I think other potential customers should know how they do business. I went in multiple times and dealt with an older guy named John. I waited an annoying amount of time for him each time I was there and his computer skills were awful but the WORST part is that he pulled my credit, told me everything was good to go but it was getting late and told me to come back in the next day. The next day he sent me a TEXT saying that he sold that truck to someone else. Once again, this was AFTER he pulled my credit!!! On a separate note I have a Nissan Murano convertible (which I did not buy from Harbor Nissan). I got the extended Platinum coverage warranty so that the top would be covered if anything happen. Well, somehow the alignment got off and apparently there's no fixing that. It needs to be completely replaced which Harbor Nissan said would be around $8000 and my warranty will not cover it. IF I were to pay that, the warranty on the new top would only be good for a year. So, if it happened again they'd want another $8000. Overall, I will definitely not do business with Harbor Nissan ever again nor will I ever own another Nissan vehicle. More

My husband & I came here approximately 9 months ago and our situation has bothered me ever since then. I since have had a coworker get service there and left extremely unhappy. Both her and I work within our situation has bothered me ever since then. I since have had a coworker get service there and left extremely unhappy. Both her and I work within walking distance and thought convenience. When my husband and I walked in....the salesmen were extremely pushy. We were in a need of a car as our's had broken down and unrepairable. We told them our budget within reason. We left unhappy as first we had pushy pushy salesman. They forgot to give us our own car key back as we were using it as a trade-in. When my husband went back in to get our car key; I stood by our car OUTSIDE and witnessed the Finance Manager chase my husband out saying to him "I cant believe you thought you would get a vehicle for that price. You really are stupid." Even if we were being "that stupid", you are working at a business. Customers are what pays us! I stood in shock. I couldnt believe FINANCE MANAGER...whom I may add while talking to us stood on his phone doing something else as we had to repeat ourselves many times and would never make eye contact. He was NOT A BUSINESS LIKE LOOK OR MANNER. Poor Business manners! Word of mouth is the best way to advertise and it is free to the business owner. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HARBOR NISSAN TO ANYONE. Today after going to a few dealerships as our car finally "died"; we were treated with so much respect at each of them. I couldn't help but think about our Harbor Nissan experience and We were highly nervous going to shop for a car as our last experience was the worst at Harbor Nissan. We shopped at Venice Nissan - GO THERE IF YOU WANT NISSAN !! EXTREMELY NICE, WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU IN A NON PUSHY MANNER! we visited other dealerships and all was a more positive experience! More
