I went to the Buy Rite location in Ft Myers. We filled out all of the paperwork and gave the information to Joe. He seemed very friendly and as if he wanted to help us. We had the right amount for the dow out all of the paperwork and gave the information to Joe. He seemed very friendly and as if he wanted to help us. We had the right amount for the down payment even though the ads I had heard repeatedly said $300 down and ride today. My wife and I explained the size and type of car we wanted and he said he could do that. Expecting to see smaller fuel efficient models we were shown a late 90's Cadillac and a Jeep(not what we wanted). he had us drive the Caddy because his mechanic said it needed a good home. We drove it around the block and decided we needed more time to think about it and our answer to this car was no. After telling Joe we needed time to think about it he hurried to find something more toward our original car type, but none of them were at this lot and he could get one of them down to his lot the next morning. I explained we needed time to think about it and I said we needed until Monday,this was Thursday, to think about it. He kept going on about how we needed to build our credit and that this car would go quick so just to get out of there I agreed to come in the next morning. I received a call from Cody the next afternoon and told him we decided to go a different direction with our car search and thanked him for their time. Joe never got the message or the hint so he called on Monday saying he had our car ready and we needed to get down there soon to sign the paperwork and pay the down payment. I explained that I spoke to someone on Friday and we would not be buying from him. He responded "Well I guess you don't want to build your credit, and were just wasting our time! So thanks for nothing!" At that point I knew we had made the correct decision to walk away when we did. Imagine trying to get anywhere with the 12 month warranty with someone just worried about his commission. More
Sales people misrepresented the accessories on the vehicle we wanted to purchase. Finally purchased the vehicle today and after we got it home discovered it was missing the trailer hitch which we wer vehicle we wanted to purchase. Finally purchased the vehicle today and after we got it home discovered it was missing the trailer hitch which we were told was included on the truck by the two salesmen named above. Immediately contacted the dealer and management wanted us to pay to have a trailer hitch installed. We felt their request was unfair and refused to do so. We immediately returned the truck and cancelled the sale. We are now considering the purchase of a new truck from another manufacturer. More

I shopped several dealers in the area looking for a new Nissan rogue I had a bad experience several years ago with a dealer in Tampa so I am very nervous After going to two other dealers I stopped in to Nissan rogue I had a bad experience several years ago with a dealer in Tampa so I am very nervous After going to two other dealers I stopped in to harbor and met clay, a very well informed salesperson, not pushy but he Showed me things about the rouge that no one else had.
