I really was not interested in buying a Nisson due to some past bad experiences. However, after researching ratings on mid size cars I decided that I should at least give them a call to see if they had some past bad experiences. I spoke with Aaron and right away I knew I had a good salesperson. I explained what I was looking for and my price range. Aaron told me he had an Altima that he thought I would like. I agreed to come down and meet with him. I was impressed that he had the car already picked out, meeting all the specifics I had requested (even avoiding the color cars I did not like). I took the car for a ride and I immediately loved it. I brought the car home for my husband to see and he loved it also. In total I visited 4 dealers and no one took such great care of me as Aaron and Harbor Nisson did. I am very HAPPY. More

My car engine needed to be replaced. After calling many different places for quotes and feeling like I was going to get ripped off, I called Harbor Nissan. Not only did I get the best quote from them for engine replacement, they also made me feel like I was going to get taken care of. They found an engine that was within my budget I told them I had to stay in. They immediately set me up in a rental car, set up towing for my car, and kept me very well informed of every step they were going to take to install the engine. My car started perfectly when I picked it up and test drove it. The customer service level that Harbor provided was very professional and informative. As a woman customer, I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. I feel comfortable driving my car knowing that one of Harbor's master technicians and their team worked on installing my engine. I haven't had a problem with the engine since. I highly suggest giving Harbor a try! More
