I was deceived! I wanted to purchase a truck and was promised they could get my payment where I need it. When I returned with my trade in they pulled a "bait and switch". There wasn't enough gas to actually get a real test drive. They made us a promise of FREE oil changes and tires for life if we bought it. After waiting hours in the sun for them to get the paperwork together they rushed us through it because they had other people waiting. I asked for a car fax but was told "not to worry about it, it was fine" and that they couldn't get it because we were off site. They didn't give us copies of all the paperwork. Now I find out free oil change for life is only 3 x year and the forth I'm suppose to pay as long as I keep their Harbor Nissan sticker in the back of my vehicle. Once we got the car and drove it on the interstate found out the front end shakes like crazy. Returned to where I purchased it, the same day and they stated they would fix the problem if I brought it to Harbor Nissan the next day. They aligned the tires and said it was fixed. Again drove on the interstate and it shook so bad it rattle my childrens teeth. The next time I took it back to repair the same problem the mechanic says "what do you want me to do about it?". The salesman that sold us the car and the head salesman who promised us oil change and tires no longer work there!!!!????!!! Come to find out weeks later the car had been in a crash. The car has been in and out of service multiple time for the same problem. This last time I thought they had finally fixed it but then all the warning lights start going crazy and it almost left me on the side of the road!!! Apparently something "came loose" and started melting but since I just got it out of the shop I would think they would have noticed it and fixed it. I think they sabotaged it because they know how unsatisfied I am with their service, or lack of service. More

In 2003 I bought a new Altima which performed better than any other new car I purchased in the past. I never had engine or transmission trouble. The power windows, door locks, and seat not once in all the any other new car I purchased in the past. I never had engine or transmission trouble. The power windows, door locks, and seat not once in all the 10 years failed to perform as when I first purchased the car. At 303K miles, I decided to buy another 10 year car because of my long commute to work (170 miles one way). I did start looking at other brands because I did not like the drivers seat in the 2011 and 2012 Altimas, and thought the 2013 Altima would be the same. However, in speaking with Clay Gladwell, he convinced me to come back to Harbor Nissan and try another Altima, expecially since it had been redesigned and the new zero gravity seat might be more comfortable for me. He was right, I really find the seat extremely comfortable on my long drives. Clay, Aaron, and Brian were exceptional to work with, and I feel they got me the car of my dreams with no hassle, and also at a great deal. Thank you Harbor Nissan More

Not only did he help me into my beautiful brand new car, he helped me through the overwhelming process of buying for the first time.
