Arrogant, snotty, lack of knowledge, negative Cameron is too "important" to return phone calls or even come out of his "empty" office to speak to me. Jeff just doesn't know what he's doing. He loo Cameron is too "important" to return phone calls or even come out of his "empty" office to speak to me. Jeff just doesn't know what he's doing. He looked up my service records and said no service showed. I handed him receipts and he told me I had to get all the warranty work done at this Nissan or my warranty is void. I can't wait to tell corporate that one! When I bought my 2011 Rouge, they new I was a snowbird. There was no problem getting work done in NY. I'm not traveling back and forth without getting my tires rotated, aligned and serviced in NY ALSO! He said he is required to put certain parameters in and if they don't come up, it means I didn't get the work done. I had 30 thousand service at 27,450, showed him receipts, and he gave me his nasty smirk he gave me for 2 days. He also escorted me to the cashier and stood there until we were done, and escorted me back through service exit! I went out to get my car and nowhere in sight! Not in usual place! I asked the 3 fellas where my car would be and a salesman told me to hit my key fob! By this time I had enough. It didn't work. I got irate. He took my key fob and the alarm went off. It was four rows away, mind you I'm also disabled with a symbol on the plate! What was that all about? Also my car was never courtesy washed, still bird droppings and bugs. I received the "free tires" worth 120 that replaced my 250 original tires, also in a different size! I had to pay 160 to put them on! Then they forgot to put the sensor back on the tires and the receipt said the work was done in good faith! I hope my trip north is ok with these. I was also told my tow package was not under warranty because Watertown NY Nissan sent me to Uhaul. Although I was reimbursed by Harbor Nissan, Jeff said my warranty wasn't good anymore. They wouldn't even look at it to see if I had it connected wrong! That's because nobody knew how to work on my tow package! What a way to get out of warranty! Cameron's response was he needed to charge me for the labor and to go back to Uhaul! Zac in service was very nice. The sales manager Tom Bishop was informed on my events. He didn't say yea or nea, but would let the owner know. My husband came along to purchase the Titan we've been looking to pull the boat, but after witnessing the service treatment he said we'll go elsewhere. Too bad for them. Cash deal. I heard a lot of bad things about Harbor Nissan lately, but was sceptable. Now I understand what they've been saying! I guess it was my turn. Shame on you Harbor Nissan! More

Attempted Ripoff While driving to Florida I hit a pothole in Pennsylvania which I suspected was the cause of a broken spring. After arriving, I took the car to Harbor While driving to Florida I hit a pothole in Pennsylvania which I suspected was the cause of a broken spring. After arriving, I took the car to Harbor Nissan and asked them to check out the front end because I thought a spring had broken. They put the car on the hoist and had 2 guys check things out as I watched through the service window. The service agent then told me I needed a whole new front end and quoted me $2300 in parts and labor to repair it. Changing a broken spring was not on the list. I told them it had to be xx because I had just had it all checked before leaving for Florida and they just started dissing my local Nissan dealer. I went to Tuffy in North Port and they confirmed that the spring was broken and that everything else on the list was xx. When I got back home to Ontario I had everything re-checked by my local Nissan dealer and they confirmed that there were no other problems other than the spring which they replaced. DO NOT GO TO HARBOR NISSAN FOR SERVICE! THEY'LL JUST RIP YOU OFF! More
A waste of money. For lack of a better word these people are crooks out to suck every dime out of your pocket and sell you a car that will simply break down on you. B For lack of a better word these people are crooks out to suck every dime out of your pocket and sell you a car that will simply break down on you. Before even purchasing the car I had concerns about a check engine light they assured me was simply a misreading. A month later, coincidently after the grace period, a major problem occurring only to be told its now my problem. Even after phone calls and constant concerns now left with a car and payment. Will never shop here again and will tell everyone even strangers to never shop here. Already have I told the unfortunate ones who made my same mistake about the uncaring way of this company. I have gotten a few similar stories and feel for them. Please save the financial burden and do not shop here. More
I purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima Sept 2013 went through the car was and a chunk of paint came off the hood. I returned with the car that week Paula did what they called a tape test and it failed. I went on the car was and a chunk of paint came off the hood. I returned with the car that week Paula did what they called a tape test and it failed. I went on a trip when I returned I was informed Paula was no longer with the company. So I talked with Travis, he said that things were in the works. I waited, called waited at one point I was told Robert was working on the issue. It was now the Holidays. So Jan 6th I went to talk with Robert. He said he knew nothing about it. So he did another tape test and took all the photo's. A week later I did get a call from Robert saying he needed another Photo of the VIN #. I have made "14" phone calls left messages no phone calls back. I did get Robert on the phone last week and he said that Nissan refused the claim, but the area service rep was going to be in and I should call the next day, I did and the next 3 days with no response. The car has 28,000 miles on it and is still under Warranty. However the paint when you buy it used even from a dealer, they don't have to cover it. I will NEVER buy a car from this dealer, and none of my family will. My next call is to my lawyer and to the local TV station. More
We purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership approximately 1 month ago and have had issues from day 1. I have to say that the gentleman, Brian, who sold us the vehicle and the gentleman who han approximately 1 month ago and have had issues from day 1. I have to say that the gentleman, Brian, who sold us the vehicle and the gentleman who handled our financing were professional, courteous and a pleasure to do business with. The service department, on the other hand, is deplorable: absolutely unprofessional and hostile. On the day we dropped the vehicle off for service, Zac acutally told us we should "go to another dealership". Really? We just purchased a vehicle from your dealership but you don't want to fix it and tell us to go somewhere else???? They have had my vehicle for a week and not only have they not fixed the problem it was brought in for, they have actually created new issues. We have no idea, at this point, when our vehicle will be returned to us. We have experienced nothing but the poorest customer service from Zac and Robert each day that we have dealt with them. We called and left a message for the owner, which was never returned. The icing on the cake was today, 10/26/2013. Went in to pick up the vehicle since we were told yesterday that it "was all fixed and ready to be picked up" and there was a puddle of fuel leaking everywhere from under the car!!! Went to go complain to the service department and the service department manager, Robert, actually said, "Get the xxxx out of my service department!!!" We have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and WE NEVER WILL AGAIN! Harbor Nissan has lost us as customers because of the treatment we encountered with their service department and lack of a return call from the dealership owner. I have been in customer service most of my life and have never, ever received such horrible service from any business. Any business that allows its employees to curse at their customers does not deserve to have return customers. We have already advised all friends, family and co-workers to shop at other local Nissan dealerships. More
This was the WORST experience I have ever had, I was LIED to repeatedly and treated horribly, in short I was taken advantage of. I went to this dealership hoping that they would help a widow on her own and to repeatedly and treated horribly, in short I was taken advantage of. I went to this dealership hoping that they would help a widow on her own and they took advantage of me. I bought a used Nissan Sentra from a salesman named Andy who was all smiles and kind and I traded in 2 of my old cars. He told me that the deal came with TWO (2) electronic keys for my car, after the deal was done he gave me 1 key and told me to come back for the other. When I went back I was told that I had to pay for the 2nd key if I wanted an electronic key or a regular key would be free. My husband passed away recently and I don't have much so since he lied once about the electronic key I had no choice but to take the regular key, only to find out that this key only opens the door and does NOT start the car! What use is this if I lose my key? I went back to the place across the street and told them that now I have no choice but to buy an electronic key, they called me when it was ready and I was told that there was NO charge. I asked Are you Sure? He said YES, NO CHARGE. Then 3 days later they call me and tell me that I have to pay $200 for this key that was supposed to be free of charge. It is a shame that people like this treat the elderly like this, it is sickening. Well, I have many friends and not one of them will ever set foot in that horrible place. I will write as many deserving reviews as I can so everyone understands what despicable people they are. More

I was completely dis-satisfied with Harbor Nissan!!!! I was sold a 2012 nissan versa, and with in the first 90 days i was replacing a transmission, air conditioner and air hoses!!!! Granted those things ha was sold a 2012 nissan versa, and with in the first 90 days i was replacing a transmission, air conditioner and air hoses!!!! Granted those things happen, but when i approached the service guys there and told them my car was running rough, they proceed to tell me it was me, and that it was just the "feel" of a pure drive transmission!!! Needless to say my transmission needed to be replaced along with some other things. Then after that.... I was at a dealership looking to trade it in because i want NOTHING TO DO WITH HARBOR NISSAN, the dealership ran a car fax on my Versa, and i found out my car was previously in a accident. I approached Nissan about this because i was given a car fax when i bought it, that said it was all clear, no accidents no nothing!!!!! When i brought this to the manager and the sales man "Chet", Chet responded with..." that must of JUST popped up"!!!!... the accident happened OVER a year ago!!! REALLY!!!! I WILL NEVER, NEVER, I MEAN NEVERRRRR go back to Harbor Nissan. I want nothing to do with them other then seeing them in the court room to fight for my money, or the car that i originally thought i was buying More
