Harbor Nissan takes great strides in ensuring our clients are happy and satisfied with their purchase. Upon finding out this customer was not satisfied, I personally gave them the opportunity to abandon the deal explaining that I would rather they not purchase from us and be satisfied than purchase from us with the impression we had misled them. I was then informed that they were no longer interested in purchasing the vehicle, at that time I had informed the finance company and cancelled their loan application. We would rather have a satisfied client that has not purchased from us, than an upset client who has.
