Called harbor Nissan and a sales rep named Cody Hanson called me back ASAP. Cody was very professional and friendly. Cody said the car was still available. We agreed on a price over the phone and I then went to port Charlotte to pick my car up. It's a 2013 Chrysler 200 limited convertible . The car was great!!! It was better than I ever imagined. My online experience with Cody Hanson and harbor Nissan was top notch. I have owned car now for 3 months and Cody has called me 3 times to how I'm enjoying the car. I would highly recommend harbor Nissan to anyone. And don't forget to ask for Cody Hanson . More

GLAD I CHANGED TO HARBOR NISSAN I had previously used another Nissan dealership in Lee County and found the need to locate a better one. Harbor Nissan was recommended to me and I am I had previously used another Nissan dealership in Lee County and found the need to locate a better one. Harbor Nissan was recommended to me and I am extremely satisfied with my new Nissan Dealership. My sales person, Bryan Anderson, was very easy to work with and met all of my needs for a car- financially and type of car I required. I found Bryan easy to communicate with and did not have to fight for what I required. I have already recommended Harbor Nissan and Bryan to my family members and friends. If anyone in Lee County is looking to buy another Nissan - I would have to say the 20 minute drive to Harbor Nissan is well worth your time and effort. You definately will not regret your decision. Mike Longo has been the sales person that has worked with us on all these sales. He always goes the extra mile to satisfy his customers and that is obvious in the repeat business. Service Center makes up for ALL that is lacking in Sales Dep My son recently purchased a car from Harbor Nissan Dealership. After less than a months time, come to find out...all 4 tires are dry rotted (lots of tread, just all dry-rotted)! I went back to Sales to rectify this situation, and was only given the run around from one manager to another. Mind you, we had purchased 3 vehicles from this company is less than a 6 month period of time! It wasn't until I contacted Cameron, that things started to change! He stepped right in and handled things directly. If it wasn't for him and his willingness to help us handle this, I would still be going back and forth with the Sales Dept. over this! I am so grateful for his honesty and integrity. I will go out of my way to go to a different dealership when it comes to purchasing another vehicle, but I am now sold on the Service Dept. I would take any of our vehicles for any service that we need in the future! Thank you, Cameron! Your dedication is commended! Thanks to Travis, as well, for being so friendly and knowledgeable about our needs. You are a great asset to this company, and far make up for where the Sales Dept. lacks! More
Management in the USED and BHPH Sales Dept. TERRIBLE! My husband was in the market for a truck, so we stopped in to see what they would offer us. We ended up walking (driving) out having purchased a 2011 My husband was in the market for a truck, so we stopped in to see what they would offer us. We ended up walking (driving) out having purchased a 2011 Nissan Frontier. Paul was our salesman, and he was great! Funny guy and does whatever he can to accommodate! No problems there! That was our first purchase. A few months later, my son decided that he wanted a new car, but he is young, trying to build his credit, so he had to go through their BHPH Dept. He dealt with Paul for the sale, but Carlos is the (so-called) manager of this dept. The purchase went fine, and he was over-all happy with what he got. Less than a month later, I decided that I might as well go ahead and get something new for myself. I went down, dealt with Paul (no issues there). I went in to sign all of the papers and I felt like I was being pressured into purchasing the GAP ins. Although it is a good idea to do this, the last thing that I need is to feel pressured into something else! When trying to pressure me into this, the lady (don't recall her name, but she handled all of the paperwork), made an extremely rude comment about my son, that was NOT appreciated in the least! She's lucky that I didn't just get up, tear up the papers and walk out at that point, but I held my composure and finished what I started. Mind you, I purchased a 2013 Chevy Impala....this was over a month ago, and there are features on this car that I still have no idea what they do or are used for! I guess I should have gone straight to Chevy for this purchase.....lesson well learned, here! On top of that, I paid full sticker price for the car, got less for my trade in than what I owed on it, and they couldn't even be decent enough, after having this be the third sale in less than a 6 month time, to get me an owner's manual, which should have come with a car that was only one year old, in the first place! A $30.00 manual....after nearly 50K in sales from my family alone, in less than 6 months!!! That is an issue, and that call was made by their manager Tim Bush! Now, a week after my purchase, my credit union offered me a better interest rate and cheaper Gap coverage, so I took it! Apparently this did not set well with Nissan! My son had a slow leak in his tire, and took it up to a local company who informed him that his tire was dry rotted, and there was no way that was from less than a month's time of his owning the car. There was also another issue with the car, a sensor that needed to be replaced. Ok, no problem....used car....it happens. So, we took the car to the service dept to have the part replaced....no issues there. Cameron and Travis were great with all aspects of our service. My son did ask them to check out the tires while they had it. They came back with the same results....not only was the one tire dry rotted, but all four of them were. There was plenty of tread on the tires, and after being detailed and all shined up, NOBODY would have thought that this would be the case! Needless to say, my son went back across the street where he purchased the car. He spoke with Tim Bush, who said he could do nothing until Carlos was back the next day, because he couldn't get into the deal. When I went to pick him up, I couldn't understand why he couldn't pull up the report.....after all, Nissan is Nissan, right??? So, I stopped in to find out what the deal was. I saw Paul (our salesman), and started talking to him about it. Tim saw this, and came out of his office with a raised voice speaking to my son like he was a child, trying to scold him! This did not set well with me, and I let it be very well known that I would not stand for it! Now he was going to deal with ME! He explained to me the situation, which was really all he needed to do in the first place! I stepped out and spoke to Paul for a few, who informed me that they were not happy about my cancelling the Gap and refinancing, as they lost money on the deal! Now, please tell me how they lost money by my refinancing, when the financing wasn't with their company, in the first place??? I paid sticker price on the car...no loss there! NOTHING BUT PROFIT, THERE! I lost money on my trade in....NO LOSS THERE! After having made all 3 purchases of these vehicles, we were treated very poorly! Their management team is just TERRIBLE! At some point, there has to be some kind of satisfaction for the customer! This was not the case, here! To sum it all up, they were willing to do NOTHING for my son! I ended up having to email the GM, and it took going through Cameron (Service Dept. Manager) before ANYTHING changed and got resolved! Not only will my family and I NEVER go to this dealership again, but I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this place to ANYBODY! I have no knowledge about New Sales across the street, but BEWARE OF THE USED AND BHPH (BUY HERE, PAY HERE) LOTS! If you are not satisfied with things that should have been done, before the car even left the lot....you have nearly NO CHANCE of making it any better after the papers are signed! I will travel hundreds of miles to a reputable dealership BEFORE I EVER purchase from their Used car sales, again! Management has NO CLUE how to deal with situations to try to satisfy customers, and really have NO BUSINESS being in the position of management! Thanks to them, they have lost repeat customers, and future sales for their company! Way to get the job done, guys!!! What a disappointment this company has turned out to be, because of their lack of customer satisfaction! PAPERS SIGNED, DEAL DONE, NEXT VICTIM! Horrible representation of this company! They would have to start with management, if things are to change for this company! PLEASE BEWARE! More

Arrogant, snotty, lack of knowledge, negative Cameron is too "important" to return phone calls or even come out of his "empty" office to speak to me. Jeff just doesn't know what he's doing. He loo Cameron is too "important" to return phone calls or even come out of his "empty" office to speak to me. Jeff just doesn't know what he's doing. He looked up my service records and said no service showed. I handed him receipts and he told me I had to get all the warranty work done at this Nissan or my warranty is void. I can't wait to tell corporate that one! When I bought my 2011 Rouge, they new I was a snowbird. There was no problem getting work done in NY. I'm not traveling back and forth without getting my tires rotated, aligned and serviced in NY ALSO! He said he is required to put certain parameters in and if they don't come up, it means I didn't get the work done. I had 30 thousand service at 27,450, showed him receipts, and he gave me his nasty smirk he gave me for 2 days. He also escorted me to the cashier and stood there until we were done, and escorted me back through service exit! I went out to get my car and nowhere in sight! Not in usual place! I asked the 3 fellas where my car would be and a salesman told me to hit my key fob! By this time I had enough. It didn't work. I got irate. He took my key fob and the alarm went off. It was four rows away, mind you I'm also disabled with a symbol on the plate! What was that all about? Also my car was never courtesy washed, still bird droppings and bugs. I received the "free tires" worth 120 that replaced my 250 original tires, also in a different size! I had to pay 160 to put them on! Then they forgot to put the sensor back on the tires and the receipt said the work was done in good faith! I hope my trip north is ok with these. I was also told my tow package was not under warranty because Watertown NY Nissan sent me to Uhaul. Although I was reimbursed by Harbor Nissan, Jeff said my warranty wasn't good anymore. They wouldn't even look at it to see if I had it connected wrong! That's because nobody knew how to work on my tow package! What a way to get out of warranty! Cameron's response was he needed to charge me for the labor and to go back to Uhaul! Zac in service was very nice. The sales manager Tom Bishop was informed on my events. He didn't say yea or nea, but would let the owner know. My husband came along to purchase the Titan we've been looking to pull the boat, but after witnessing the service treatment he said we'll go elsewhere. Too bad for them. Cash deal. I heard a lot of bad things about Harbor Nissan lately, but was sceptable. Now I understand what they've been saying! I guess it was my turn. Shame on you Harbor Nissan! More
