BUYER BEWARE! !!! Just bought a 2004 Jaguar X-type from here with 77k miles on Saturday, June 19. Kelly blue book estimated the car’s worth in very good condition t !!! Just bought a 2004 Jaguar X-type from here with 77k miles on Saturday, June 19. Kelly blue book estimated the car’s worth in very good condition to be worth an average of $4,000. I spent $8,000 in cash to get it out the door that day after all the fees. For paying TWICE the amount of what the car was worth (with no mechanical issues mind you), I expected to get a reliable car. On my way home that night my check engine light came on. I sent a text message to my salesperson, Dariel, who insisted on ignoring the message. Not to mention they also forgot to give me my spare key on Saturday. So I go on Sunday to grab my spare key, I let the guy know of my check engine light. He says, “okay”, then returns with the key and says, “here ya go”. So I ask him for it in writing that I told him about the check engine light. He then asks me to come in on Monday. I say, “okay”. I drove another hour and a half round trip on Monday just for them to say, “oh there’s a bunch of codes showing up, we’re going to clear them and see if they come back on again”. On my way home that night the light comes right back on as expected. I called Matt who told me to come in this morning. I waited there for another two hours. Again another hour and a half round trip I had to drive today. After two hours he tells me it will cost $2250 to fix and it can’t be done until early July. The catalytic converter and 02 sensor need to be replaced. So I’m out at least $50 in gas and lost wages from having to keep going back. As I said, BEWARE of this dealer!!! More

Just had my car serviced at Harbor Nissan and I have to commit that it was probably the best customer service I’ve had for any business in a long time. The guys in the service department were courteous tho commit that it was probably the best customer service I’ve had for any business in a long time. I have to say I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone period from being greeted at the Nissan in Port Charlotte perwork charlotte. I have to say I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone period from being greeted at the door to the salesman to the service department nothing nothing but a 100% satisfactory service! I highly recommend CJ the salesman, Jason Penland the financial manager and Mir Ali the financial closer. As a team they made this the easiest experience yet! I can't say enough how grateful I am! I also have to say service dept is top notch they really know customer service! I have worked with Chance and Matt in the service dept they have a great deal of knowledge and really care about the customer while still keeping the business in mind! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
