Service Sucks! They could care less. I have a 2008 Nissan Versa and a extended warranty agreement. I dropped it off a month ago for an AC problem. They never told me they were going to ke I have a 2008 Nissan Versa and a extended warranty agreement. I dropped it off a month ago for an AC problem. They never told me they were going to keep it over night and no one in the service department even bothered to call me to give me update . I always had to call them. I was without transportation for over two days. When I finally did get my car they didn't fix it right and broke something under the hood. Today I finally was able to take it back in. My boyfriend dropped it off. He was off work and I work full time and go to school full time. The told him he would have it back to get me from work so I could make it to school. They didn't. And they didn't even have the shuttle that they promised. They called enterprise where they told us would take him back to our place. They didn't. My boyfriend had to RUN home in the pouring rain. Do you think they care? No. The managers seem like they care so little. It is a nightmare dealing with them. I have to bring it back Saturday for the actual repairs and I am dreading that. I'm calling corporate. To run a business you need to know customer service. More

Mike Longo and the Harbor Nissan Team are the best! There was no pressure sales tactics, I came in and told them exactly what I wanted to do and they were able to make it happen. I was pre-qualified for a lower interest rate with Capital One and they asked if they could run my credit and see with Nissan Credit. Ended up they were lower and I didn't even have to deal with the process of showing a million papers to verify my information. If you are a veteran ask about the military discount through Nissan as well. Mike had me in and out in 2 hours, it was the easiest and most painless car buying I have ever had. Mike did an exceptional job and was always straight forward with telling me how much I could and couldn't do in my budget which is greatly appreciated. I hate when dealerships smooth talk you, but Mike was on point. After giving him my specs of what I wanted in a car, the first car he showed me was in my price range and everything I wanted. It just happened to be the one I walked out with that day. He was even nice enough to give my girlfriend free oil changes for life. More

Richard took the time to show me "and test drive "the four models I was considering. We discussed the pros and cons of each and I was able to pick the one that best fit my wants & needs. I bombarded him with technical questions which he looked up or took me to a technician to get an answer .If he did not know it off the top of his head. He then searched for the vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted with the options I wanted and had it delivered to Harbor Nissan. Outstanding and Professional Salesmen Aaron Kennedy explained all the protection & finance options available to me and I was comfortable with and we were able to close the deal. I was impressed with the personalized video he sent me describing the Altima along with the soft, non-pushy approach that he came across with. He is a very knowledgable young man who made the entire process very enjoyable. Aaron Kennedy, who handled the financial details, also was very personable and made the process a very low pressure transaction. There was absolutely no pressure to include any add-ons, which my wife and I greatly appreciated since we were on a tight budget. The Sales Manager, Scott Blomquist, just made it happen!
