Technician Damages Wheel! my wife took our 2014 Pathfinder in for service. I had noticed a grease mark on the right front wheel and didn't give it much thought until the next d my wife took our 2014 Pathfinder in for service. I had noticed a grease mark on the right front wheel and didn't give it much thought until the next day I washed the car and discovered under the grease mark was a mark that I am assuming was left from a hammer the technician used to get the wheel loose. I get in touch with Cameron Byrd at Harbor Nissan and a told to email a picture of damage which I did immediately and still have not heard back fro him on this matter. That has been a month ago! I guess protocol for getting the car serviced these days is to take the service manager out by the tie and walk around the car before and after the so called mechanics work on it. More

My trade-in was a pre-owned 2003 Murano which I had for five or six years; I enjoyed it but decided it was time to get a new car. Heidi Kesner and Jacob both guided us with the selection and purchase. We spent several hours with them and both were personable, friendly, and super patient. ( It's not easy dealing with an indecisive couple!) In addition, their knowledge of the Nissan Murano was exceptional. Jacob accompanied us on a test drive and answered many meaningful questions. Heidi took an enormous amount of time directly after the purchase and the following day reviewing all the features of the vehicle. She also stressed that we may call at anytime for additional answers or help. Heidi, Jacob and Harbor Nissan are tops with us and we highly recommend all. (Aaron,the financial guy, was personable and superb also!) Thank you. More
