Worst experience I have had buying a car This was not my first car buying experience by far. I am trying to get that fresh start after a divorce and decided to give them a try to help. I was This was not my first car buying experience by far. I am trying to get that fresh start after a divorce and decided to give them a try to help. I was kept in the dark about what cars were available for the financing program. I kept asking what I had to chose from, and they kept telling me it depended on my amount approved for. This never even produced a list of vehicles on the program. I spent 3 hours at the dealer on the first day, and this was the beginning of the down-slide of their service. There were 3 salesmen hovering over me at this point, yet not one of them could answer any of my questions regarding what vehicles were for me. This should have been my first clue. DAY 2... I got there at 11 am and sit there for over an hour before anyone acknowledged me beyond a a nod or hello. The excuse I kept getting later was sorry, we were so busy. The salesman (who was obviously new, and didn't care about his job) kept walking around "looking busy" and not doing anything. The sales manager, was constantly having to redirect this salesman back to the tasks. The program manager, was to busy to even "recognize me" from the day before when he was hovering over me. After an hour, another salesman came to me and informed me that he was transferred to being my salesman now, and said he would be with me shortly. It wasn't until 5 pm that I was finally shown a small selection of cars hand picked for me. 3 to be exact, 1 of which they couldn't find. My test drive consisted of a whole 2 mile round trip. Finally around 6 I started getting rushed through as if they wanted to seal the deal before they closed. This was worse than being ignored. Before I knew it, THEY picked which car I was getting, had my contract printed, and was asking me to start signing papers. I didn't know how much this was going to cost, how long, or even how much my payments were. The payments were no where near my requested amount they PROMISED they could get me into. it was almost double. Now that I have bought a car with them, it seems they have forgotten me, and don't care about fulfilling their service agreement. It has a noise in the transmission (which they tried to xx me into the idea there was an altoids mint can lodged in the engine somewhere) and couldn't reach it. UMMM this tells me they don't care. When I complained about the brakes, they told me to just drive on them and it will be okay. When I told them about the water standing in the trunk, it was written off as how the car was parked on their lot. This car is a lemon and I regret that I have done business with them. If I wouldn't have asked about the disabling device, the warranty, or the terms of the contract, then I would not have been informed. Terrible service indeed. There was a $25 dollar gift card giveaway at the time and I never even received it. After purchase, I was informed the following day, I needed to drive back for more info they needed due to their rush to get me out of there with a purchase. I thought that Harbor Nissan would have been a better choice than some of these buy here places you see all over. Guess I was wrong. Never again will I use this dealer. Never will I ever send anyone here either. More
Poor Service I scheduled an appointment for 08/11/16 @ 1:45 , when I scheduled with either Brittney or Brandi they told me my appointment was only going to be an h I scheduled an appointment for 08/11/16 @ 1:45 , when I scheduled with either Brittney or Brandi they told me my appointment was only going to be an hour I arrived @ 1:30, and my car sat in the lot until 3pm, then when I kept asking what was taken so long the guy was rude and told me I just a hold time not an appointment which is not true i had 2 emails confirming it was an appointment , then I asked to speak to the service manager and all he did was make excuses, so then I asked to speak tot he service director and all she did was do the same thing make excuses, then i wanted to speak to the general manager and that has yet to be desired More

PERFECT, PERFECT, PERFECT! I was NOT in the market for a new car today. I heard a radio advertisement for a different Nissan dealership, offering a 2016 Rogue or Altima for a gr I was NOT in the market for a new car today. I heard a radio advertisement for a different Nissan dealership, offering a 2016 Rogue or Altima for a great monthly price with zero down, zero interest. I was curious, I contacted this (other) dealership to ask questions. I was treated as if I was a bother. No answers. NO customer service whatsoever. No problem, I am not in the market. Later, the details of this seemingly impossible deal still on my mind, I called Harbor Nissan, asked to speak to a salesman. Tom Rusch took my call, answered all of my questions about how dealerships work and how this amazing deal from the other dealership worked. I told him more than once I was NOT in the market for a new car. He continued to speak with me until I was satisfied. NEVER any pressure to come in, fill out a credit app. Nothing. PURE customer service. All my questions answered, my curiosity satisfied. End of conversation. I called back a few minutes later because the prior conversation was so easy and friendly, I asked Tom if he would indulge me and run my credit just out of curiosity as I have never in my 30 years of driving bought or owned a brand new car. "Of course and I will call you back in five minutes." Tom called in five minutes with good news. I pressed the issue, can I get the Rogue for this price with no money down? For these terms? Still just curious. The answer was YES! A brand new car, on MY terms, with the payment I wanted and done in less than 90 minutes from handshake to leaving the lot! Never a hiccup in the entire process! No surprises. No bait and switch, NO pressure! TOM gave us his personal cell phone number with instructions to call anytime with ANY concerns. Sat with my wife in the car as long as it took for her to understand how to use the amazing technology this car is equipped with until she was comfortable. Alex, the manager was just as amazing and helpful. Prior to today, my impression of car salesmen was not very favorable. These two gentlemen I would invite to my home for dinner! THANK YOU SO MUCH! We will be back. More
