Unigue Situation Unique to us at least. Our previous vehicle was impacted by lightening which affected the electrical system to the point of a Total Loss of the vehicl Unique to us at least. Our previous vehicle was impacted by lightening which affected the electrical system to the point of a Total Loss of the vehicle. We are a 2 car family so to remedy this situation quickly, I decided to search for a used vehicle just to get by for a while. While searching online, your dealership was one of the choices and I saw a large number of quality used cars so I visited the lot to get a better view of the selections. This is when I met Chad. Chad approached us in a very personable way which made it very easy to explain or situation. He took us to several vehicles and took the time to search the website in an effort to find something that fit our needs. He also explained some other options that I had not thought of, like a used vehicle with lower miles and still fit in the budget that we needed. We left the lot on a Wednesday with a great deal of information. Armed with new information, I went back online and found some New vehicles that kept us close to our budget as well as the BOGO program. I called Chad on Thursday and asked about the BOGO program which he explained very well and it sparked my interest. I told Chad that I would be back to see him that morning. While in transit, Chad took the time to explain our situation to Tim who works the new car lot. Chad also arranged a test drive for us before turning us over to Tim. Tim also took a very personable approach and it was very obvious that he had our interest in mind and wanted to help, not just make a sell. Tim explained in detail the BOGO program and it made sense for our needs so we moved on to the finance department where we met Zack. Both Tim and Zack reviewed our situation which included our trade in that we had a lot of equity in. After running the numbers, Zack saw that we had the ability to upgrade the vehicles by moving away from the BOGO idea and still maintain our budget. We arrived to your dealership first online, which was great, then in person which was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Our intent was to find a good used car to get by for a while, but with the help of Chad, Tim and Zack we left the dealership with not one but two Brand New vehicles. I apologize for this note being so long, but I feel it is important that you know about the expertise and efforts/teamwork that these folks went through to not make the deal, but fulfill the needs of this customer.
