Appointment time not met. Appointment time was not honored, waited over an hour before saying anything and they got to it after I questioned them. Tire inspection failed to reveal extreme wear on rear left tire that could have been a big problem. I also had to remind them that they didn't put a new sticker for the next oil change. We will give them another chance because they are the closest Nissan dealer but I did not leave there very happy. More

So often after you get past the final price, the terms get sketchy in the finance office, not this time . Customer Service A friend of mine recently had their vehicle serviced at Harbor Nissan (I recommended) and they forgot to tighten a drain plug! Oil leaked all over the A friend of mine recently had their vehicle serviced at Harbor Nissan (I recommended) and they forgot to tighten a drain plug! Oil leaked all over the driveway. My experience the employees were extremely unprofessional. I had an oil voucher and was told they could no longer honor them unless I had a dealership sticker. However they did dicount my service but was charged almost $30 for an air filter. They also like to add air instead of nitrogen on vehicles that have nitrogen in the tires. I am going to another dealer for service unless substantial changes are made. I can name employees ppl but would only if I was left anonymous. More
