Buying a vehicle has always been a dreaded experience as we'd go from dealer to dealer in attempt to feel confident that we'd make "the right" purchase. I doubt we are the only ones who have experienced "Dealer anxiety." At Harbor, we felt confidence rather than anxiety because of the personable, informative, and friendly manner of all employees, especially Matt. It was quite apparent that the employees here are like a work family and enjoy what they do. That in itself is quite telling about what kind of car dealership it truly is. In our case, I had to turn in a leased vehicle - something I had never done before. This along with the buying experienced naturally caused anxiety. At other places we had visited, we were told that we would have to turn it in at any 'like' dealer, period. More anxiety, not less. Matt, on the other hand, walked us through the process, told us where the closest place was to turn it in AND even offered to take me! Less anxiety. The next day when I returned to take the leased vehicle in, Matt was busy with customers. His colleague offered to take me which I was fine with but Matt insisted on taking me because "he promised me." Anxiety gone. Go ahead....I dare any car shoppers to find another car salesman as dedicated to his customers as this guy! Through our buying process, we worked with Susan in finance - again, we felt quite comfortable and informed as she walked us through step by step. No anxiety. Good customer service is about making your customer feel important and valued, Susan accomplished this without really trying but just by being herself. We were informed every step of the way. Harbor Nissan just guaranteed themselves great word of mouth advertising and two loyal customers thanks to these employees! Thank you Harbor - we love our new Rogue! More

EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE The Service received after my daughter purchased the vehicle was extremely bad. She was charged $699 Dealer Fee for Inspecting, Cleaning and Adjustin The Service received after my daughter purchased the vehicle was extremely bad. She was charged $699 Dealer Fee for Inspecting, Cleaning and Adjusting vehicle. THIS DID NOT OCCUR. THE CAR WAS DIRTY AND NOT CLEANED AT ALL (I HAVE PICTURES). THE HIGH PRESSURE STEERING HOSE WENT OUT ONE DAY AFTER SHE DROVE IT OFF THE LOT AND WAS TO BE REPAIRD BUT THEY ONLY PUT TAPE ON IT AND WHEN IT WAS RETURNED SERVICE REFUSED TO REPAIR IT UNLESS WE PAID. THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON TWO DAYS AFTER THE CAR WAS DROVE OFF THE LOT, THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO SEARS FOR A COMPLETE DIAGNOSTIC TEST AND WE FOUND THAT THE CARBON CANNISTER, CANNISTER PURGE VALVE NEED TO REPLACED THE LINES NEED TO BE BLOWN OUT. ONE TIRE IS CHOPPED AND VEHICLE NEEDS ALLIGNMENT. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS RETURNED TO THE SALES AGENT AND MANGER AND SERVICE MANGER, THE REPAIRS WERE REFUSED AND THE SERVICE MANGER STATED NOT RESPONSABLE FOR REPAIRS. I UNDERSTAND THAT THERE WOULD SOME MAINTEANCE ASSOCIATED WITH A USED CAR BUT THE ITEMS NOTED ABOVE SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPAIRD BEFORE THE CAR WAS SOLD AND CLEANED, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE CHARGING CUSTOMERS FOR IT. THIS VEHICLE WAS DEFINATLY NOT CERTIFIED. More
