The extra drive was worth the time!! My salesman Richard C. Was the first I spoke with when calling to inquire about a vehicle. He more than happily answered ALL my questions and was very prompt and professional and HONEST! Richard is a very charismatic individual which made the whole car buying process much easier. With a grain of salt i wanted to believe everything he was telling me especially when he was trying to convince me to drive 45 minutes to his dealership to work out a deal. When I arrived Richard was extremely helpful, friendly and had excellent knowledge of the vehicle i was trying to purchase. I also met his Manager Alex and together, the two of them were able to make a deal work that i was almost certain would NOT happen. I left very pleased with my experience and every positive review i have read now I know is true. I will recommend Harbor Nissan to everyone I know and send them to Richard as well. These guys are NOT your typical untrustworthy car salesman, they both were excellent to deal with! More
Awful,unprofessional and too many other words to list. I gave it one star because they did change the oil after all and for free as per promised when you purchase a new car in their dealer. If you do have a problem you will have to tow your car because they don't have road side assistance included. You have to pay them for the privilege of buying a Nissan and pay for it. There explanation as far as the alignment was I had to hit something and I never did. Not a warranty item. After I got to dealership to pick up my car they told me alignments are not covered . I drive my Versa very carefully I am over 50 years old and racing the car. My seat back on the drivers side was also broken they tried to tell me something was in the track there is no TRACK for seat back they also said it was fixed. It was not fixed it was the same as when I got there. As of now I will never buy buy another Nissan ever again the 36000 mile warranty does not cover any moving parts.Do not buy a car from this dealership. They will pass the blame on to customer. They also lie about repairs.I have also been the only person to drive this car. I will contact Nissan directly. I am not a happy customer. The one good thing is they have free oil changes as long as you advertise with sticker in your back window.THE STICKER comes off my rear window. I was happy until trying to get a car with less than 10,000 fixed under warranty. This is posted all around the dealership. We strive for TRULY EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! If toucan not rate us as Truly EXCEPTIONAL please let us know so that we can quickly correct any concerns. Thank you. WE value your business.
