I told them I would be buying the Truck right after work, and that I wanted to put a deposit on the vehicle to make sure that it didn't sell before I got there since I had a 2.5hr drive up to them coming from West Palm Beach. They called me up the same day at 4pm and told me if I could give them until Tuesday 9/13/16 because they could not find the keys to the TB SS, and they needed to detail. I told them I had no problem with that as long as they guaranteed me the sale of the vehicle, they said 100%. Today rolls around 09/13/16, and I kept Ezequiel posted all day that I was leaving work at 2pm in order to purchase the vehicle. I'm driving for almost an hour to the dealership when I get a call saying that the finance manager (Jack) sold the vehicle even though he knew I was in route to buy it and that they had given me their word that it was mine. They didn't even want to accept my deposit stating a guaranteed hold for me. I had to turn back home with my wife and our 3 month old son after almost an hour drive. Jack told me that there was nothing more he could do for me. I called to report the incident to the GM but no luck. Harbor Nissan does not care about making loyal customers, they'll tell you one thing and then stab you in the back. I will try to file a report with the BBB. Thank you for nothing Harbor Nissan, I will 100% not recommend people to you guys! More

My salesman Laz was on the ball and very attentive to every detail. I welcomed dealing with the sales manager directly on the price, we cut out the middleman. Laz my salesman was instrumental on selling the features and the test drive of the vehicle, and also made certain that the vehicle had a full tank of gas and was detailed even though it was raining. I would drive the distance again to purchase a vehicle from Harbor Nissan, the experience was that good. More
