When asked how long they said it should be about an 1 hour and 1/2. After 2 hours I called to ask them how much longer. They said they couldn't tell me and it was a work in progress. 3 hours later I was able to retrieve my car. Thankfully my sister picked me up during this process and I was able to sit at her house because the waiting room was full and cramped. Also at 6 months pregnant I couldn't of waited 3 hours without water or snacks. They should let their customers know ahead of time. Why not go to another location for an oil change that will only take 30 minutes or less? I believe we will be taking the sticker off the back of suv and visiting another location for oil changes. These guys are crooks On June 09, 2016 we found a 2003 Porsche 911 advertised on eBay from Harbor Nissan in Port Charlotte Florida. We gave the dealership a deposit of $1,0 On June 09, 2016 we found a 2003 Porsche 911 advertised on eBay from Harbor Nissan in Port Charlotte Florida. We gave the dealership a deposit of $1,000 by credit card. We decided to finance the car through the dealer’s bank. The dealer took my credit information over the phone. On June 28th the dealer requested an additional deposit of $5,200. I had asked the salesperson to send me a condition report on the car but the salesperson stated that they do not do that. He advised that the car was in excellent condition as he described in the eBay advertisement. It had new tires and only one small blemish on the hood, which was unnoticeable. I told the dealer that I needed a full detailed report on the car, however he still refused citing the condition described in the eBay ad. The dealer then sent me documents to sign, which were all blank therefore we sent them back. At that point we decided to cancel the purchase and requested a refund. At first the dealer refused to refund my $1,000 deposit and the $5,200 down payment, a total of $6,200 but later said he would but minus a deduction of $200 for processing paperwork. About two weeks passed and on June 27th my wife and I decided to go ahead with the purchase after the dealer guaranteed that the car was in excellent condition and reassured us there was nothing to worry about. The insurance was very expensive under my name so I decided to put it under my wife’s name. The dealer requested information on my wife. Another week passed and the dealer sent me blank finance contracts and forms for us to sign and return. The week of July 4 the dealer made arrangements to have the car shipped to me. I told the dealer that I would be out of town the week of July 11th. I told him I would contact him when I returned on July 15th. We decided to have an enclosed carrier to ensure any road debris would not damage the car. My wife and I discussed that we would fly down to Florida to look at the car prior to it being shipped to finalize the deal. However, on Saturday morning I received a call from the shipper stating that he had the car and was delivering it to me. He explained that he was lost and wanted me to meet him at his location since he believed he was not far from my home. Upon arriving to meet the shipper, the car was already off of the car carrier. I began to examine the car and noticed the extensive damage. The gentleman told me that that when he went to pick the car up from the dealership, it was dirty, not serviced, and not running. He then wanted me to sign off on the condition report that the dealership signed noting the damage on the car. I then called the dealership and told them about all the damage on the car and that the car was not running. I explained to them that I would not accept the delivery of the car and that I was sending it back. The shipper told me that the car was sent C.O.D. and if I wanted the car sent back, I would have to pay a fee of $1,700 in cash. I called the dealership back and spoke to the salesperson, Scott Honeycutt. He told me that the dealership would not accept the car back. He said that they had been funded by the bank and that the car was mine and ended the call. I called back and asked to speak to the general manager, Tom Bishop. He told me that he would not do anything until he received the car back. I decided to pay the shipper $1,700 in cash to take the car back to the dealership in Florida. On the way back, the trucker broke down delaying the delivery for approximately a week. When the car finally arrived back to the dealership, they refused to accept it. The trucker called me and explained that he could not leave the car at the dealership without someone signing for it. He explained that he would have to put the car in storage for a fee of $50 per day. I still have not received any paperwork on the car and the bank, Wells Fargo, has already begun billing me for the loan. I have no paperwork on the transaction and no car. I have also filed an affidavit as to forged instrument because someone signed my wife’s name on all the documents. They also made me sign a blank power of attorney, blank credit application and blank finance agreement. Thank you, Sal Romano More
