I found the vehicle I purchased at 3 local Hyundai dealers, but I chose to purchase at Harbor because I liked the treatment I received from Alfredo. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, not dealers, but I chose to purchase at Harbor because I liked the treatment I received from Alfredo. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy, and most importantly treated me with respect. One dealer’s salesman essentially ignored me, talked to my spouse exclusively and never even bothered to ask my name, he referred to me as “Madam” even though my husband made it clear that I was the decision maker and the car was for me! Certainly not a good way to impress women buyers, he could learn a lot from Alfredo!. More
