I was looking for a certain vehicle and we found the vehicle. The dealership used deceptive tactics. I was transparent about my price expectations, and we agreed on the price over the phone. However, when I arrived and spent two hours on paperwork, t I was transparent about my price expectations, and we agreed on the price over the phone. However, when I arrived and spent two hours on paperwork, they added 10-15% to the price in the form of options that I had repeatedly stated I did not want. The manager also pretended to be unaware of my earlier agreements, even though the lady on the phone (Nancy) explicitly mentioned confirming everything with him. Overall, I am very unhappy with the process. What should have taken an hour ended up taking around four hours. Thankfully, I caught the price discrepancies caused by the unnecessary options before finalizing the deal. P.S. I rated the employees relatively high because they were polite and tried to be helpful. It seems they were simply following a script or policy. More
