Good service but watch out for the HARD SELL! I have been happy with the service department at Harbor GMC until the last time. Several weeks ago I took my Terrian in for routine service and asked I have been happy with the service department at Harbor GMC until the last time. Several weeks ago I took my Terrian in for routine service and asked them to check over the brakes because of my mileage. I was happy to hear that my brakes were OK but when the service writer and mechanic called me into the bay they pointed out how my 60000 mile tires were not aligned and were wearing and I should have my fuel system serviced costing almost $250. Now, I was born, but it was not yesterday. Of course my tires are worn, they have 60000 miles on them. I felt like I was back at my local quickie oil change place and they were trying to scare a senior citizen into unneeded repairs. That is why I don't go the quickie oil change place. I like the service at Harbor, but do't do that again, and I will not be back. More

Speedy Service I made an appointment for early Friday, was heading out of town no later than noon. At first I was worried I'd be running late. I was pleasantly surprised when they called an hour later saying my oil change was already done! The employees were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They even washed the exterior of my Buick! Not truthful Was having the same issue with my car that was recalled and replaced the year prior where my car wouldn't randomly start and after having my car for t Was having the same issue with my car that was recalled and replaced the year prior where my car wouldn't randomly start and after having my car for two weeks and saying it started for them everyday and they couldn't find an issue on the day I went to get it the battery was dead and it had a flat tire. How did this happen if it was started up everyday? On top of that they charged me to not find any issues. I would never recommend this dealership for any kind of service, I was actually considering getting a new car but will not give this particular store my business. It's so obvious they parked my car and did nothing further to it and then charged me. More
