Worse than terrible. Recall, which should take less than one day. Water-pump leak repair authorized. Remedy took over 5 weeks and cost app $2500!. I was there from 11:30 (my appointment time) til 4:45 to get a recalled airbag replaced and an oil change. That is entirely too long. n other customers said this should have been completed in an hour and a get a recalled airbag replaced and an oil change. The real problem was that I have night blindness and can;t drive at night therefore I scheduled an early appointment time. Well, I had to drive for 25 minutes in the dark which endangered my life.I was very disappointed in my experience this time.
