Devan and Regina went above and beyond when I was faced with an expensive repair by getting my vehicle finished when they said they would and got me a loaner during repair even though I bought my Explorer with an expensive repair by getting my vehicle finished when they said they would and got me a loaner during repair even though I bought my Explorer somewhere else.
