Worst service experience I’ve ever had!!! It took two months to get an appointment, And another 45 days for them to look at it. They told me the problem with my slide out was either a bad valve or a mani months to get an appointment, And another 45 days for them to look at it. They told me the problem with my slide out was either a bad valve or a manifold. June 17 I was told to pick it up until the parts were available. After two months I called the dealership and eventually learned that the parts were never ordered. Within minutes after posting a negative review I was called by the general manager and told to have my coach repaired someplace else. I think that’s good advice for any RVer. More

Absolutely Fantastic Neil Penny (Sales Associate) has been absolutely fantastic to work with in purchasing our Tiffin Phaeton 40 IH. Neil has been extremely knowledgeable Neil Penny (Sales Associate) has been absolutely fantastic to work with in purchasing our Tiffin Phaeton 40 IH. Neil has been extremely knowledgeable, professional, well versed and well informed. Most of all Neil has been very patient in dealing with us over the last year in our decision making and purchasing our new RV. Neil has provided us with numerous suggestions and opinions to consider throughout the process. We are extremely fortunate to have met Neil last January at the Pleasanton RV shown and have worked with him through out that time. Not once have we felt pressured to make a decision that we might not be comfortable with. Neil has stayed in touch with us throughout the process and we really appreciate that. Ralph Graves (General Sales Manager) has also been great to work with and has stayed in touch with us during the manufacturing process to ensure that the RV selections are exactly what we have chosen, as well as, Ralph has provided us with updates regarding the manufacturing and anticipated shipping and delivery dates. We look forward to taking delivery of our new RV in February 2019. If you are in the market to purchase and RV or Trailer we highly recommend both Neil and Ralph at Happy Daze RV in Sacramento. More

The tank is in the shop ready to be put in but they just can't find the time to do it mean while my motorhome is still sitting there More

They were shown a new Tiffin RV that they liked and were excited to move forward. Mike promised the united had 2 black water tanks, found out after purchase the unit only has 1 tank. It was stated when the Direct TV would setup and working upon delivery and it wasn’t. Still ongoing issue weeks later… Large slide out didn’t work and had to pay to spend the night at Cal Expo while Happy Daze RV ordered parts in next day. Why did customer have to pay for Happy Daze mistake? While they did over night the parts and service staff was friendly, this should have been checked prior to delivery. Sam in finance (from the beginning of deal) had promised a trailer hitch for the RV. Sam was waiting on new tow vehicle information so he knew what hitch to provide. After getting the new vehicle, Sam lied and said he never said Happy Daze would provide this. Yet, even the service department was aware of this as Sam told the service department he would call and he never did. People can deal with the truth, no need to lie to your customers Happy Daze… Just be honest up front and check your products and have them properly staged and tested before delivery. Overall, very bad experience. More

During sale, both sales and service said missing and damaged items on brand new unit would be repaired before delivery. Made the enormous mistake of accepting delivery when all was not repaired. It has been a nightmare with their service department to get the parts ordered. Promises made by Cheryl the Service Manager not kept, outright lies in some cases. Neither General Manager nor Sales Manager attempted to resolve. No one apologized, no followup calls, we had to keep calling and emailing them. They completely ignored us. They acted like they were doing us a favor doing anything! Evergreen HO couldn't do anything. Now, to get corrections made, unit must go back to dealer after waiting for 45 days for parts. When you buy an RV or Travel Trailer, don't take possession until all is right! And by all means, don't buy from Happy Daze! More
