Used my GMC phone app to schedule an appointment and Cody was ready to go to work to accomplish the items on my service list. When I arrived my truck was ready to go. I wa The service at Hansen Motor in Brigham City Utah is absolutely amazing. They're honest and reliable. I took my car in because it was overheating. I was told that the water pump was leaking and needed to be replaced. They scheduled me for the very next morning. I showed up an hour before they open and they were there to greet me. One service member even showed up on his day off to make sure I was properly taken care of. I don't know of anyone who would willingly go out of their way the way that Hansen's service people do. When I picked up my car, it was washed and dried and the mechanic that worked on it was there to answer if I had any questions. I keep going back to Hansen's because of the way I feel when I leave. They're awesome! More

Transmission Flush Not entirely happy. Asked for full transmission flush replacing both filters on my Alison transmission. Price seemed too high, and when I looked under Not entirely happy. Asked for full transmission flush replacing both filters on my Alison transmission. Price seemed too high, and when I looked under the vehicle, the exterior of the transmission pan was not clean. I have to assume they changed the pan filter because I was charged for it, but I would have expected to see a clean pan exterior if the pan had been properly cleaned inside. I've been a do-it-yourselfer for years and I always cleaned the 'whole' pan. This makes me wonder if they took a short cut and didn't clean the inside of the pan either. I realize technicians are paid based on flat rate, but in my opinion, appearance of professionalism is also key. More
