I took my car to get the power steering repaired. I took my Ford Fusion into the dealership to get the power steering fixed. The GM delearship recognize that the defective part make be covered by an I took my Ford Fusion into the dealership to get the power steering fixed. The GM delearship recognize that the defective part make be covered by an extended warrently. They called the Ford dealer and found that indeed it was covered by the expteded warrenty and took the car to the Ford Delearship where it would be fixed under warrenty saving me the repair costs. I wa The service at Hansen Motor in Brigham City Utah is absolutely amazing. They're honest and reliable. I took my car in because it was overheating. I was told that the water pump was leaking and needed to be replaced. They scheduled me for the very next morning. I showed up an hour before they open and they were there to greet me. One service member even showed up on his day off to make sure I was properly taken care of. I don't know of anyone who would willingly go out of their way the way that Hansen's service people do. When I picked up my car, it was washed and dried and the mechanic that worked on it was there to answer if I had any questions. I keep going back to Hansen's because of the way I feel when I leave. They're awesome! More

Transmission Flush Not entirely happy. Asked for full transmission flush replacing both filters on my Alison transmission. Price seemed too high, and when I looked under Not entirely happy. Asked for full transmission flush replacing both filters on my Alison transmission. Price seemed too high, and when I looked under the vehicle, the exterior of the transmission pan was not clean. I have to assume they changed the pan filter because I was charged for it, but I would have expected to see a clean pan exterior if the pan had been properly cleaned inside. I've been a do-it-yourselfer for years and I always cleaned the 'whole' pan. This makes me wonder if they took a short cut and didn't clean the inside of the pan either. I realize technicians are paid based on flat rate, but in my opinion, appearance of professionalism is also key. More
