Although the technician made an error and broke my hood latch when doing my oil change, Hanson motors stood behind their work and replaced it at no charge. One time, they did get the oil plug on right and I dribbled oil on my driveway. Another time, they didn't get the wiring harness on the alternator correctly and our car died coming back from Logan and dribbled oil on my driveway.
