Service that can't be beat I brought my 2015 Sierra in for recall work and also had an oil change with tire rotation and multipoint inspection. Sliding off on the freeway I slid off the freeway and Hansen’s was the tow company that dispatch sent to come get my car. They took over an hour to get to my car even though I w I slid off the freeway and Hansen’s was the tow company that dispatch sent to come get my car. They took over an hour to get to my car even though I was only 20 minutes away, which sucks when they are charging $156 per hour. When they finally got my car to their impound lot they told me it wasn’t drivable and had to stay in the lot until my insurance took care of it, they charge you per night to have your car in their lot. After about 5 days of not hearing anything from them I called Accident pros who DROVE (my not drivable car according to Hansen’s) off their lot and evaluated it that day. I would not recommend them to anyone, they overcharge and lie to you to get you to spend more money. More
