I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. I know my car will be serviced with care. The shop is immaculate and the staff are friendly and organized. They always wash the car and rotate the tir I know my car will be serviced with care. The shop is immaculate and the staff are friendly and organized. Excellent Service Department Hansen Motors has an excellent service department. We pulled our car in and they immediately came to us and we explained what was needed and they sen Hansen Motors has an excellent service department. They finished what they were doing and also washed it for us. We didn't have to wait very long at all. The men in the service department were very polite and very professional. Great Service, confident in recommendations they give. I really enjoy working with their service team. One day, one of the transmission lines on the car if my wife blew. I tried to get it to the dealership I really enjoy working with their service team. One day, one of the transmission lines on the car if my wife blew. I tried to get it to the dealership but didn’t make it by about 5 blocks. They came with their wrecker ready to help me get it to the dealership to get repaired. I ended up getting towed there by a friend but their willingness to help is always awesome. Great people, great company. More
