Very expensive repairs at $85 an hour for any labor they do, including something as simple as removing a door panel to check what is wrong with your window. They didnt even fully fasten the panel back to the door. They put my spare on for me, and replaced the battery, and it was $310. Oof. More

Always great service! From making the appointment to ordering parts, getting my car serviced. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant to work with. They are not the closest Cadillac dealer to ordering parts, getting my car serviced. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant to work with. I only gave you 1 star because 0 stars wasnt an option. I have taken my car there multiple times and been pleased. This time, I am unlikely to ever go back. I towed my car there on Saturday. They I have taken my car there multiple times and been pleased. This time, I am unlikely to ever go back. I towed my car there on Saturday. They called on Monday and told me it would be $500 to fix. I said great and picked it up 'fixed' later that afternoon. I drove it to Wal-Mart and it died in the parking lot. Y'all towed it. I personally pushed it out of the parking space so you could tow it and steered it onto your truck. They called the next day to tell me it would be $600 more to fix. Bringing the totalbrepair bill to $1100. They called to tell me it was done. I asked if it was fixed this time. The mechanic assured me it was and that he had driven it several times to ensure it was working. I went to pick it up after the mechanic hours. The mechanics notes said, "the pump is noisy" I got in the car and drove it and immediately noticed the loud noise. It was NOT making a noise before I took it in and I am disgusted at having to take it back tomorrow for a THIRD time. More
