When Cody can get your vehicle in for service same day he makes it seem like he is bending over backwards to do so, but if he has to order parts and wait for them to come in he acts like you personally are c makes it seem like he is bending over backwards to do so, but if he has to order parts and wait for them to come in he acts like you personally are causing him a massive inconvenience and he has to reinvent the GM supply line to get the needed part. Then when he leaves you a message on the phone it always starts “Cody, Hansen…” and the rest of the message sounds like he has jumbo marshmallows shoved in his mouth to the point that what he is trying to say is indiscernible. He generally has an attitude that you would expect from an individual who has been working 18 hours straight, even if it is first thing in the morning. I have never dealt with another member of the Hansen Motors staff that has been anything but kind, courteous and helpful. The other staff have been so pleasant that I have bought three cars from them; 2 New GMC Sierra Denali’s, and a Cadillac XT5. If you need to bring you vehicle in for service ask to worth with ANYONE other than Cody. More
