The discouraging part is that my brand new truck has been in the shop four times before I hit 3000 miles. The positive is that the parts and service group at Hansen have been overwhelmingly exceptional to wo in the shop four times before I hit 3000 miles. Most of the time they get it right. I have had two experiences recently where it did not go well. Showed up early and they got my truck right in and had it done before they said it was going to be done. Great customer service and awesome mechanic who fixed the truck faster then expected.
