Hansen Motors is easy to work with. However, a bit better communication would be nice. I was charged a labor fee to install a bed liner in my brand new truck when my salesman made it However, a bit better communication would be nice. I was charged a labor fee to install a bed liner in my brand new truck when my salesman made it sound as if there would be no charge. He said they would put it in for me, but never mentioned that I needed to pay to have that done. Quite honestly I could have done it myself in the parking lot in 5 minutes and yet they charged me over $100 to do it. More

We had an Engine Check light come on and Cody got us right in for a diagnostic check. They found a bad solenoid and ordered parts. Once parts were in they had us back on the road the next day.
