Cody had my car serviced while it was in the shop. I had an appointment to have a receiver hitch installed. I didn't schedule a service at the time I made the appointment. The day before the appointme I had an appointment to have a receiver hitch installed. I didn't schedule a service at the time I made the appointment. The day before the appointment I asked if the car could be serviced. I was informed that all the service appointments were full but they would try to fit it in. They fit it in and had the car ready at the time I had told them that I would be picking it up. As always great service More

I took a vehicle in to get a noise and a coolant leak diagnosed. The initial diagnosis left me very disappointed because I was able to verify that parts of what they diagnosed as the problem, were not re diagnosed. Matt reached out to me when he heard I wasn't pleased with my service and offered to make things right with me and have my vehicle looked over again. Hansen's has always been a go-to dealership. Even when mistakes the rare mistakes are made, their quality customer care and service makes them easy to trust and recommend. More
