We were in the area for my daughter's wedding when our truck started having problems. Two other dealerships blew us off, but even though we were within hours of closing time, Hansen's worked us into their truck started having problems. Two other dealerships blew us off, but even though we were within hours of closing time, Hansen's worked us into their schedule and made it possible for us to get back home to Southern Utah after the wedding. They even got us a shuttle to the wedding in Ogden so we wouldn't be late or miss it. They really saved the day and I highly recommend their work AND customer service!! More

I had to dig into the warranty to find out some things that were not mentioned. There were deductibles that I was not aware of. The price of the car was high enough that I think it could have been a bette that were not mentioned. There were deductibles that I was not aware of. I wanted to transfer my License plate from my other car, And that was not taken care of or even ask about. More
