Outdated selling. Given that we live in an Information Age with car prices at ones fingertip of their smartphones. Salespeople who give inflated prices becomes insulting. Classic bait and switch. Inept salesperson who laughed at us when we made an offer and would not present it to manager. Made promises that he did not keep. But we purchased the exact same car for 1500 less us when we made an offer and would not present it to manager. Made promises that he did not keep.
