I bought a brand new car here in 2016. For over a DECADE this Lincoln dealership has consistently underperformed in customer service. Eddy passes off to Faud or Kerry, both who could care less, or do not know how to tell customers to consistently underperformed in customer service. A sales front man handed directed me to my test drive Aviator(stripped down Reserve trim), took it for a ride, parked over by the GLE 350, which has a more modern dash and better safety features at the same price. Returned to the Lincoln dealership, where no one was available to accept the keys nor answer any questions. No one wanted to accept the keys and everyone with a customer, did not know how to say, "excuse me let me get this..." These guys running the dealership are totally inept at customer service. Hansel must be the training center for newbies. Too Bad, Hansel/Ford hope you see this. More

Learn Customer Service On a whim, my husband and I decided to go car shopping. Because we didn’t plan ahead, one of us kept having to leave to pick up and/or drop off kids On a whim, my husband and I decided to go car shopping. Because we didn’t plan ahead, one of us kept having to leave to pick up and/or drop off kids from school and sports. It seemed apparent that our salesman was less than patient regarding this early on. And at one point he stated his kids walked 2 miles from school every day as if we should be doing the same thing. After finding the right car with the nicest young man at another dealership, I got this text from the first salesman. “All do respect i spent a lot of time and thought we got along great. What price was it and what if i can find you similar car? Our cars will also be certified which is way better coverage than they can offer. I would greatly appreciate it if you could get back to me so i can update my files” More

Hansel Ford, did work inspite of being asked not to do so. $1,500 then gave an estimate of an additional $2000 or we'll just give you $500 back and keep your car, because, Hey! guess what?
