My service advisor Morgan never called to let me know my car was ready after being there for over 5 hours. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation only. When I called to check on it they said they car was ready after being there for over 5 hours. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation only. When I called to check on it they said they would call me back after speaking to a technician but never did. I called after 30 minutes and they told me it’s been ready. Super frustrating because I could have had my car back much earlier in the day. More
