For an entire month, I logged over two thousand miles in search of my dream vehicle, I experienced the bait and switch tactics, to driving three hours to only find the advertised vehicle totally different than the advertisements of fraudulent dealerships. I reached the end of my search when I stumbled upon Hanover Hyundai. I called to inquire about the vehicle when I had the pleasure to talk to Ms. Sherri Keller. I expressed my interest in the car along with my apprehension due to past experiences and the three hour drive time from my home to Hanover Hyundai. She assured me the vehicle was in the exact condition as advertised. Due to my work schedule, I made an appointment a week later to see the vehicle. She gave me daily updates on the vehicle for that entire week so I wouldn't drive the three hours needed to only find that the vehicle was already purchase by someone else. Sherri was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about the car, she made the car buying process the most pleasurable experience I ever had from introducing me to all of Hanover Hyundai's staff, to making arrangements to have the car delivered to my home three hours away (I didn't trade my car in).
